Welcome to A*STARS,
AStars is a fun and exciting programme designed to encourage sustainable travel and road safety on journeys to and from schools and colleges. Throughout the year, all children have the chance to participate in a range of activities that promote healthy lifestyles, sustainable travel, reducing congestion around schools and ultimately teaching our children to be safe when they are out and about.
The Programme supports staff, pupils, parents, governors and anyone who has an interest in promoting healthy lifestyles.
Already this year we have completed the in school travel survey, October's Walk to school Month and we have just launched our 'Be Bright, be seen' poster competition with a fabulous assembly from our AStar Sheriffs.
